The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, Englewood CDC, Noble and other partners are working to plan and develop an apartment building that serves individuals and families who earn less than 80% of the area median income.
This 3-4 story building near downtown will feature an employment training center, and 20-25% of the units will be reserved for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We want your feedback to help us make this the best independent living environment possible. Even if you don’t plan to live here or be involved in the development, we still want your thoughts.
