This week, organizations like Noble across the country are recognizing the contributions of their front-line staff during this 2021 Direct Support Professionals Week.
We set aside this time to honor and celebrate the important work of the professionals who choose a career in direct service for people with disabilities.
DSPs represent over half of Noble’s workforce, and ensure that the people we serve have the necessary supports to live, work and enjoy life more independently.
They are truly the heart and soul of Noble!
As part of the events we have planned throughout the week, we are taking a moment each day to highlight one of our DSPs. Today, we are recognizing Anita Warren.
Since joining the Noble team nearly 4 years ago, Anita has exemplified the many characteristics of this invaluable workforce. She is the first to step up to ensure that personal care needs are met and to bring a smile to the individuals she supports. In this COVID world of trying to minimize exposure risks while preventing social isolation, she has worked to master the technology skills to connect people with their friends through Zoom.
In everything she does, Anita goes out of her way to enhance the lives of the people we serve. We truly appreciate the dedication and commitment of Anita and of all our DSPs as they live out Noble’s mission each and every day.
