What is a DSP?

Put simply, Direct Service Professionals at Noble support children and adults with disabilities as they strive to “Dream it. Live it.” each day.

With Noble, you’ll help individuals discover what makes life uniquely meaningful to them while empowering them to actively participate in the community. Each person’s dreams are as unique as they are, so our DSP staff employs an individualized approach in coaching to build skills, providing support to achieve goals, and assisting with personal care needs.

Day-to-Day as a DSP

Each day is different on the Noble team as you help ensure a healthy, safe environment for each person to work toward the dreams they hold dear. Supporting individuals in becoming active members of their community can occur in one-on-one or team settings, and often includes working toward personal goals like:
