Are you the parent or caregiver of a person with a developmental disability?
If so, we need your help. The Arc U.S. (Noble serves as The Arc of Greater Indianapolis) is conducting a Family and Individual Needs for Disability Supports FINDS Survey.
The goal of the 2017 FINDS Survey is to learn more about the experiences of parents and family members who provide support to a family member with an intellectual or developmental disability.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years and provide primary paid/unpaid and frequent support to a family member or friend with an intellectual or developmental disability living in the U.S.
This survey is not for direct support professionals—we need the perspective of family caregivers, whether or not you are paid to provide these supports.
The deadline is April 30 so please take a few moments now.
