Noble’s Career Exploration Group (CEG) is a community-based, small group experience that will help you discover your career interests & find the right job that meets your needs & goals.

Based at our Moving Forward Career Center, CEG offers a blend of learning about the world of employment & volunteer experiences. What a great way to explore your career interests!

A career is more than a job. It’s the means to live as independently as possible, give back to our community & feel like an important part of the team. Your career should excite you, give you energy & deepen your roots in the community we share:

• Program runs Monday through Friday & lasts up to 18 months.
• Develop your “soft” job skills through classroom learning.
• Volunteer at various organizations to hone your skills & explore a variety of fields.
• Use job shadowing at local businesses to discover potential careers.
• Small class size means individualized attention on your career goals.
• Connect with Vocational Rehabilitation to put you on the path to a job.
• Learn what local companies do & how you can be part of their team.

Find the Right Career Path for You

Funded by Medicaid Waiver, Career Exploration Group is free for eligible individuals. Anyone may refer an individual to CEG; however, if they are not eligible for Medicaid Waiver, a fee is assessed for the service. Services are provided during our business hours of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Contact us to learn more about CEG based at our downtown Career Center.
